Woman at Fremont Receives Serious Injures
Miss
Cooper, a norman student, was painfully and probably
seriously injured this morning by being struck by
a
falling timber.
While
passing the Biles block, on her way up town, a timber
holding the awning on the west side of the building
fell
down; striking her on the chest, knocking her senseless.
She was carried into G. W. D. Reynold's office
and a
physician summoned. It was sometime before
she regained consciousness. An examination
showed that she was
internally injured besides being badly bruised.
She was taken to her room at the dormitory
and is suffering
