Know All Men by These Presents, That ESTHER LUCINDA CARTER and husband ALBERT S. CARTER in consideration of Fifteen
hundred ($1500) Dollars, in hand paid, do hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey and confirm unto JOSIE WINNOGENE
UHL and GRACE ELENOR UHL the following described Real Estate, situate in the County of Frontier and State of Nebraska,
to wit: the South West quarter (1/4) Section Twelve (12) Township Seven (7) North Range Twenty seven (27) West
of the 6th O.M. together with all the Tenements, Hereditaments and Appurtenances to the same belonging, and all
the Estate, Title, Dower, Claim or Demand whatsoever of the said ESTHER LUCINDA CARTER and husband ALBERT S. CARTER
of, in, or to the same or any part thereof;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, with the appurtenances unto the said Grantees and to their heirs
and assigns forever; And I the said Grantor for myself and my heirs, executors and administrators, do covenant
with the said Grantees and with their heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized of said premises, that they are
free from incumbrance, that I have good right and lawful authority to sell the same, and that I will and my heirs,
executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same unto the said Grantees and their heirs and assigns
forever against the lawful claims and demands of all person whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHERE OF, We have hereunto set our hands this twenty first day of August A.D. one thousand nine hundred
and three.

known to me to be the identical persons whose names are affixed to the above Deed as grantors, and they acknowledged
the instrument to their voluntary act and deed.
