Teacher's Contract
Section 11, Subdivision 4 -- School Laws

THIS AGREEMENT, Entered into the 23rd day of October 1905, between school
district No. 24 of Hitchcock County, Nebraska, with Rhoda McGraw , a qualified teacher of said county.
Witnesseth: That the said Rhoda McGraw agrees to teach the school of said district in a
faithful and efficient manner for the term of Six - 6 months, commencing on the 23rd day of October , 1905, and said agrees to keep her self qualified,. and agrees in all things to observe the rules and regulations of the district board and agrees to do her own janitor work.
In Consideration Whereof, Said school district agrees to pay said teacher the sum of
$35.00 per month for said services, and agrees to keep the schoolhouse in good repair, to provide the necessary and supplies.
Provided, That in case said Rhoda McGraw shall be discharged for sufficient cause by
the district board, or shall have h er certificate annulled, she shall not be entitled to any compensation from and after such dismassal or annulment.
In Witness Whereof, We have hereunto subscribed our names this 23rd day of
October , A.D. 1905.
