Eureka aka Daykin Cemetery is located in Section 4, Eureka Precinct. From Fairbury, go north on Hwy 15 approx. 11 miles to the junction of Hwy 15 & Hwy 4 west (the Daykin road). Turn west onto Hwy 4 and go 8 miles to 560th Ave (1 1/2 miles west of Daykin). Turn north on 560th Ave and go 2 miles north. The cemetery sits on the southeast corner of the intersection of 560th Ave & 726th Road, on the Saline Co. line. This cemetery is fairly well maintained, and is fenced and gated but unlocked. It was established in 1877 and is still active. There is a carport on the south side of the cemetery with a directory of all burials there.
