Springview,
Neb., Feb. 21 -- At an election held in this county,
Keya Paha, Tuesday for the purpose of voting bonds
to
the amount of $10,000 to aid the farmers in procuring
seed and feed, as contemplated in house bill no.
1, the
proportion
was defeated overshelmingly.
By
a close estimate there ar 600 farmers in this county
who will need assistance to procure seed.

Irrigation Plans 
There
is a big scheme on foot now, which, if carried out
successfully, will irrigate nearly every foot of
this county, and with irrigation it will be one
of the richest counties in the state.
