13th Annual Reunion

 

On Thursday, July 4th 1946 this Lewis reunion was held at the Baptist Church Parlors.

 

A bounteous chicken dinner with all the trimmings was served at noon.

 

The following program followed the dinner:

 

Solo – Jessie Aukes – Joan Wheeler, accompanist

Solo – Claudine Wheeler – Joan Wheeler, accompanist

Piano Solo – Mary Ellen Armour

Solo – Joan Wheeler - Alvina Winter, accompanist

Solo – Fritz Winter accompanied by his mother

Trombone Solos – accompanied by Joan Wheeler

 

Short talks were given by Dr. Aukes, Guy Lewis, Rolland Span, Frances Lannom and Archie White.

 

Motion by Jessie Lewis Aukes that L. L. Lewis again be elected president and Lewis Winter Secretary.

A ball game followed the program.
