31st
Annual Reunion
The 31st annual reunion of the Lewis family was
held in the Baptist
Church parlors on the
above date.
“Thanks”, was sung by the 28 present, before sitting down to
the food laden tables.
After dinner the following program was presented:
Group singing was led by Ruth Wilkin with Betty Freeborn at
the piano.
Archie White led us in prayer.
Vocal solo – Robbie Freeborn, Betty at piano
Piano solo – Dennis White
Trumpet solo – Leslie Ann Mosley, Cathy at piano
Piano solo – Peggy White
Solo – Jean Freeborn, Betty at piano
Solo – Jessie Aukes, Betty at Piano
The minutes of the 1963 meeting were read and approved.
Each family then reported on their activities.
Jessie Aukes said their son Lewis was in research in and was
also a lay minister.
Alvena Winter read a letter of congratulations from their
son Fred’s company who has had a
promotion and been moved to Minneapolis.
Ruth Wilkin said they had had a Wilkin reunion in Colorado before she came
here and that all were doing well.
Archies son Bucky was a high school graduate and was going to New York University
and Mary daughter of Naomi was going to attend school in Fort Collins and Tommy a military school.
Betty Freeborn reported that her sisters Mary and Fran and
families had been here but were unable to stay for the reunion. Her daughter Kathy was in Comstock and
planned to return to Dane. Margaret said
that she was busy attending summer school.
Marvel said Rollies son Paul had been visiting them.
Letters of greetings were read from:

graduated from high school.
Jessie Aukes moved that old officers be retained.
Sadie Winter dismissed with prayer.
