Martin J. Connor Dies
Former Sarpy County Commissioner Expires at Gretna

Gretna, Neb., May 16 - Martin J. Connor, former Sarpy county commissioner for many years, died here at his home today. He was 70 years old.
Besides his widow, he is survived by seven sons, Thomas, Joseph, James and Clement, who live near here; Dr. Walter J., of Petersburg, Neb.; Stephen of Los Angeles, Cal., and Gerald of Omaha; six daughters, Mrs. William Langdon, Ruth and Ethel of Gretna; Mildred of Omaha; Mrs. L.C. Dell of Omaha, and Mrs. Schlumberger of Oakdale, Neb.; and two sisters, Mrs. George Horn of Minatare, Neb., and Mrs. Sarah Gillespie of Gretna.
Funeral services will be held here at 9 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Patrick’s church.
