Charley Field Dead
Charles J. Field, aged 30 years, died yesterday morning at the Annex hotel, Twenty-second and Jefferson streets, after a week’s illness. Mr. Field was quite well known in this city and had many friends. He was prominent in local political circles, being associated with the Populist Party and was its candidate for assessor in the Third ward. Mr. Field was an unmarried man, and has a brother living here. His mother resides at Hugo, Colo. The funeral will be held at Springfield, in Sarpy county this morning at 10:30.
