Lawyer Dies at Hospital
James Hassett of Papillion, Neb., passed away at Mercy hospital Sunday morning at 6 o’clock, aged 48, the cause of death being Bright’s disease. He had been at the institution for the past three weeks. Deceased has served Sarpy county, Nebraska two terms as county attorney and two terms as judge. He is survived by a wife and four children, a brother and two sisters. The remains were taken to the Woodring undertaking establishment to await instructions from the friends for disposal.
