William W. Hemphill

Services for William W. Hemphill, Gretna, Neb., oil station operator who died Wednesday, will be Friday at 2 p.m. from the Methodist church in Gretna with burial in Springfield cemetery, Crosby-Meyer mortuary in charge. The body will lie in state from 4 p.m. today at the home until time of service.

William W. Hemphill, operator of an oil station at Gretna, Neb., for 17 years, died at his home early Wednesday.

Born in Atlantic, Ia., and a member of the Congregational church at Anita, Ia., Mr. Hemphill was an employee of the Alamito dairy in Omaha 20 years. He was a member of I.O.O.F. at Plainview, Neb.

Survivors: Wife, Pearl; daughter, Lorraine; sister, Mrs. Irvin Trout, Loveland, Colo.; brother, Dr. Arthur, Topeka, Kans.

The body is at Crosby-Meyer mortuary.
