Dr. Leo Kahnke Dies
Dr. Leo Kahnke, 31, of Gretna, Neb., died Friday afternoon at a local hospital following an operation for appendicitis. He was a graduate of Creighton university and widely known here. Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Kahnke, of Waseca, Minn., three sisters and eight brothers. The body will lie in state at the Hoffman-Crosby funeral home from 3 to 7 p.m. today, and then will be sent to Waseca for burial.
