Sioux County covers all that vast area of country north of Cheyenne County, and extends west to Wyoming Territory, and north to Dakota Territory, and in fact all of the unorganized tract known as Northwestern Nebraska.  Though unorganized, it is named Sioux County, and attached to Cheyenne County for revenue and judiciary purposes.  The county seat is named Harrison.
