1. Gladen Farwell b. Oct l, 1772 William Farwell Jr. and Phebe Crosby had other children but they were unknow to this author. William Farwell Jr. buried two children at Charlestown, NH and the author says his descendants were quite numerous in Barre, Vt. where he removed late inlife and d. Dec. ll, 1823. He had res. at Charlestown over 40 yrs then removed to Barre sometime between 1790 and 1795. He made preaching tours to Canada, Maine, NH and NY. He was a pioneer of Universalism at Charlestown

Col. Isaac Farwell, son of Daniel and Mary Farwell b. at Groton, MA 1744 Was lst Lieut Co. No. 1, John March, Captain 3rd NH Reg. comm-anded by Col. James Reed - at the Battle of Bunker Hill. (see also vol.VII, NH Provincial Records p. 597) Was made captain 1777 of Co. No. l First NH Reg under Col. Joseph Cilley of Nottingham, serving until 1782. He was later a colonel in the militia. His tombstone at Charlestown NH cemetery reads: "In memory of Col. Isaac Farwell who, having in an eight years vigorous war bravely combatted the enemies of his country fell a victim to the last of enemies to whom bravest and weakest must finally submit, on the 3lst of Dec. 179l in the 47th year of his age.

Col. Isaac Farwell m. Abigail Wetherbe 3d child of Capt. Ephraim and Joanna (Bellows) Wetherbe and the widow of James Nutting Willard son of Lieut Moses Willard and his wife, Susanna (Hastings) Willard.
