Alvin Frost was one of the Selectmen 1856- 1859 and 1870. He d. Feb l2, 1875.

Roland Bailey, Jr. b. Sep l4, 187l. Mr. Bailey was lost at sea Jan l5, 1872.
2. Sophia Willard Frost b. 1843 m. 1862 Charles Buxton of Londonderry, NH. One child, Lizzie Sophia Buxton b. Sep. 12, 1862. Died 1864.
Note: Mr. Buxton recruited company G. in the 11th VT Heavy Artillery, was chosen Captain then promoted to Major. This brave and greatly loved officer was killed at the battle of Winchester Sep 19, 1864.
3. George Henry Frost b.1845 enlisted in the lst NH Cavalry 1862 and served during the war.
