East Barber

A discontinued rural school located abot 5 miles north of Hobbs, New Mexico. Classes were held in a fairly frame large building which took its name from a windmill site owned byHugh and Grace Barber. The school district was created in 1917 and consolidated with Hobbs in 1930's.
