Eighties

Sometimes called the Ranch House 80 School, this rural school building stood in the pasture of Johnny Etcheverry ranch west of Lovington; the district was formed by combining two others in 1918; Mable Zimmerman Alston was a teacher, classes were only conducted for a few years.
