Pioneer rural school founded about 1910 at a point 1-1/2 miles east of Pearl or 22 miles soutwest of Lovington; later relocated to a point 5 miles east of Pearl; then consolidated with Pleasant Valley in 1919; later consolidated with Hobbs schools.
