     White School was a one room school located 5 miles SE of Eunice that endured from 1914-1935, being named for Charlie Lee White, an early day teacher. As most one room schools, it was used as a church and community center. The ministers for the church were circuit riders from all the denominations, the most faithful were the Presbyterian missionaries.    Roger Sherman was the one best remembered.     The teachers that taught in this school were as follows:
