I Daniel Freeman of Gage County Nebraska Teritory do hereby apply to enter under the Provissions of the Act of Congress aproved May 20th 1862 entitled, and act, to secure homestead to actual letters on the public domain the south-half of N.W. 1/4 at NE 1/4 of N.W 1/4 at SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 Sec 26. in Township (4) N in in Range 5 East, containing 166 acres. Having filed my pre Emption Declaration thereto on the Eighth day of September 1862
