NEW YORK, July 10 (1897) -- Count Boniface de Castellane, who married Anna Gould, has been blackballed by the Jockey Club of Paris. One black ball is sufficient to exclude, but no less than 298 were counted in the vote on the count's application for membership. His younger brother, who was put up for membership at the same time, was elected.
