Died at Groton, New York, Aug. 21st of consumption, J. Lincoln Black, age 25 years, late of Lacon and late of the firm of Green and Black.

CLARK, Fanny
Fanny Clark, wife of Guy C. CLARK, of Ithaca, N.Y., was murdered by him Aug. 26, age 44 yrs. She leaves 5 children. (Sept. 9)

GLUCK, A.H.
A. H. GLUCK. proprietor of the New Ithaca Hotel, died In Ithaca last night, after a week's illness due to Bright's disease. He was born at Niagara Falls forty-nine years ago, and was at one time manager of the International Hotel at Niagara. He was a brother of the late James Fraser Gluck, and had been at the head of the New Ithaca Hotel for two years.

LEE, Jeptha
Another Revolutionary Soldier Gone
Died in Ulysses, on the 11th inst, Jeptha Lee, a soldier of the Revolution, aged ninety-one years and eleven days.
Mr. Lee was a private in Colonel Lamb’s regiment of artillery, was in Fort Montgomery when it was taken by the British, and escaped out of the fort with General James Clinton and others—was in the battle of Short Hills, near New York, and at Germantown, Monmouth, Brandywine, and in various other battles, and was at the taking of Cornwallis. He has lived for the past fifty years on lot No, 14, in the town of Ulysses, which he drew for his revolutionary services. – Ithica Journal, March 14.

REED, Almeda Dana
Mrs, Almeda Dana Reed, an old resident and widow of the Rev. Fitch Reed, a prominent Methodist preacher, died in Ithaca last night, aged 86 years.
