The indictments against Georgetown rioters were thus disposed of:

Joseph Sadoris, nollied

Thomas Beaver, nollied

Wm. Billings, nollied

Peter Shouf, fined $3 and one-third of the costs.

John Gintle, same

James B. Lampson, fined $200, and ten days in jail on bread and water.
Lampson was also for assault with intent to kill, sentenced to pay a fine of $150, six months in jail and ten days extra on bread and water.

Lloyed Carter, the negro barber, was found guilty of manslaughter and sentenced to the Penitentiary for five years. Carter it will be remembered was indicted last winter for murder, charged with beating and starving to death a negro girl living in his family. His wife who was joined in the indictment, and who has been in jail with him, after the above verdict was rendered, was discharged.

Lucius Lobdell, indicted for burglary, was acquitted, whereupon another indictment was nollied, the State making no case whatever.

Harrison, indicted for grand larceny, (stealing at the Lafayette House), was found guilty of petit larceny only. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, pay a fine of $ ? and to make restitution.
