Mrs. Martha Jane Beatty Dies
on Friday

Funeral services were held at the Limerick Latter Day Saints' church Monday for Mrs. Martha Jane Beatty, 88, who died at the home of her son, Roy Beatty, of route 4, near Limerick last Friday.

Mrs. Beatty, who was the widow of Thomas R. Beatty, Civil war veteran for whom the Limerick G. A. R. post was named, has been in failing health since early spring.

Surviving children are Roy and Mary E. Beatty, at home; Elza Beatty, who resides in the northern part of the state. One son, Luther, is deceased.

Mrs Catherine Grow, 95, a neighbor attended the funeral service. Burial was made in the Limerick cemetery by Funeral Director Charles E. Wood.
