 Susan Delay Beatty

Mrs. Susan Delay Beatty, 71, wife of John Beatty, deceased, passed away March 16^th at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Callahan of this city.  Death was due to dropsy with which Mrs. Beatty had been a patient sufferer for several years.

Surviving her are four daughter, Mesdames John carpenter, Charles Wilson, William Callahan of the city and Jacob Garrett of Columbu, two sons, Sanford and Ira of Scioto Tp.

The funeral was held at Buckeye at 10 A.M. Saturday with Rev. M. R. White officiating.  Burial in Buckeye cemetery with Chas. L. Wood, Undertaker.
