| According to Rebecca Bland’s obit, my 3rd great grandfather John Jackie Bland and his wife Hannah Randall Bland and their children moved to Allen county in approx.. 1811 and were the 3rd family to do so. Rebecca's first husband, Joseph Lippincott, died in Perry township, Allen County, Ohio 11 Jan 1842. They had 5 children, The oldest, Morgan, was born and died in Allen county, 3 others were born in Champaign, and the other in Shelby. We got a copy of the 31 Aug 1825 marriage license when we visited Urbana. Any information you may have or are able to find would be great, as I can’t find out what happened to John Jackie Bland.
