County Treasurer Howard Aker and Mrs. Aker are parents of a son, born to them Wednesday morning at 12:20.  James Wendell Aker is the name given the new arrival.  Mr. and Mrs. Aker have a small daughter.

Mr. and Mrs. John Lamm have received the announcement of the arrival of an 8 1/3 pound baby girl at the home of their son, Chester and wife, who live on the home farm east of Somerville .  The little one was born last Friday and has been christened Norman Katharine.
