John Franklin Martz, West Cairo, has been appointed administrator of the will of George Washington Martz, who died in January, 1909.The appointment was occasioned by the death of Margaret Ann Martz who was executor. The estate consists of $9000 in real estate and $191 in personal property. B. J. Thomas, B. M. Teegarden and Charles Karicofe were named appraisers.

Administrator's Sale-

Personal property belonging to the Estate of Elias Feathergill deceased, consisting in part of Horses, Cattle, Hogs, Farming utensils, household furniture, & c., will be sold at public vendue at the late residence, in Pleasant township, Putnam County, on the 23d of April, A.D. 1855. Sale to commence at 10 o'clock, a.m.
