| Mansfield News Jan 2, 1908 The funeral services over the remains of Miss Elsie Wirtz, were conducted at St. John's Evangelical church Wednesday afternoon by the Rev. G. A. Kienle. The church was filled with the sorrowing friends of the deceased and the floral tributes were many and beautiful. (Submitted by Linda Dietz) Mansfield News The wife of Thomas R. Abernethy, of Los Angeles, Cal., died Dec. 27. She was formerly of Mansfield. Franklin B. Yuncher, aged 27, of Leudonville, died suddenly Thursday morning of heart trouble Pauline Bushey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Bushey, 185 East Main street, Shelby, died Tuesday from a complication of infantile diseases. The child was two years and five months old. Harry McCleary, aged 19 years, died at the reformatory Thursday night of consumption. he was received at the institution Nov. 17, 1907, from Columbus. Burial in the reformatory cemetery Saturday. Karl Alexander Brunk, the 22-months-old son of Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Brunk, of 37 Arthur avenue, died Friday morning at 3 o'clock, after having been ill for four days with a severe attack of grip. Funeral from the home Monday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock conducted by the Rev. S. L. Stewart. (Submitted by Linda Dietz) |
