EDWARD J. SAYLOR/SAILOR

My ancestor, Edward J. Saylor, is listed as a member of the Philip Moore household in the 1860 census. The census is from Fairfield Township, Washington County, and the Barlow Post Office is listed at the top of the census form. I am searching for any information about Edward Saylor (alternate spelling is Sailor) because I’ve hit a brick wall. His parents were born in PA according to the 1870 census (in Illinois) on which Edward appears.

REBECCA JANE (LITTLE) SMITH and GEORGE J. SMITH

Looking for death date and burial location of Rebecca Jane Little Smith, wife of George J. Smith.  She died in Marietta, Ohio in either 1942 or 1948.  Rebecca's father's name was Albert (Seth) Little.  I would really like to get a death certificate on her, but need the correct date of death.  Other family surnames I am researching are Tice/Smith/Gooseman/Shockey/Little.  Thank you so much.

JOHN STANTON and ELEANOR SMITH STANTON

Looking for  any information on John Stanton and wife Eleanor Smith. Have no idea when she died but it was after 17 Sept. 1847. She surrendered her dower rights 20 May 1846. Harvey Stanton, their son was born in Ontario County,NY. in 1822. He married in June of 1850 Sophia Noland.Harvey's youngest brother Smith Stanton appears to have lived and died in Washington County. I have searched for these answers for about 18 years. I think I know where all the John Stanton's are-except mine.
