Concho Cemetery
Concho, Canadian County, Oklahoma
Located from US 81 and Concho
Road, go west to Reformatory Road and turn south.
Concho Cemetery is located on a
beautiful sloping hill with a view of the farmland and the
tree-lined river below. The site is between the old Cheyenne and
Arapahoe Agency, established in 1807 and Concho, location for the
resent Agency (2004). It is not know when the first burials were
made here or who they were. It has been estimated that there may be
50 to 60 unknown graves here.
