An Insane "Kissing Bug."
Boise City, Okla. May 9-Under the delusion that the Almighty had directed him to kiss everyone he met, Israel Cramner, living three miles north of Dee in Cimarron county, has been adjudged insane and taken to an asylum for treatment.
Crammer is demented on the subject of religion and when he conceived the idea that the Lord had commanded him to do a wholesale kissing stunt, he started out to carry the supposed command into execution.
This procedure did not set well with the feminine element of the community and complaint was immediately instituted.
