Fredia May McCafferty

Rush Springs — FREDIA MAY McCAFFERTY, 94, of Rush Springs, Okla., passed away Monday, March 2, 2009, in Duncan Regional Hospital.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Bailes-Polk Funeral Home Chapel, with Jerry Fairchild officiating. Interment will be in Rush Springs Cemetery.
Fredia was born Sept. 17, 1914, at Sanboy, Okla., the daughter of Elmer and Edith Allen Richardson. She came to the Rush Springs area in 1925. She and Barry A. "Mac" McCafferty were married at Rush Springs on Dec. 1, 1938, and he preceded her in death in May of 1984. She worked in the fields picking cotton, corn and peanuts; worked as a midwife in the Rush Springs area, and she and Mac owned a filling station in Rush Springs. She enjoyed quilting, fishing and doing crafts.
She was also preceded in death by her parent; all of her siblings; and a daughter, Dorothy Keenan.
Survivors include a son, Charles Rudy McCafferty of Rush Springs; two daughters, Betty Stringfellow of Rush Springs, and Edith Nalley of Duncan; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Oden Ray McGuire

ODEN RAY McGUIRE, 52, of Marlow, Okla., passed away Monday, March 30, 2009, in Marlow.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at the Glory Bound Church, with David Woods and Randy Ledbetter officiating. Burial will be in the Rush Springs Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow.
Oden Ray was born Wednesday, October 3, 1956, in Duncan, Okla., to the late Glendon McGuire and Syble Coapland McGuire. Oden Ray was a lifetime resident of the Marlow area. He worked as a plumber. Oden Ray was an avid fisherman. He participated in FFA at Bray-Doyle, and enjoyed being with his family and friends.
Survivors include a son, Heath McGuire of North Carolina; a daughter, Ashley McGuire of Florida; his mother, Syble McGuire of Marlow; two brothers, Brian McGuire, and Keith McGuire and wife Sharon, all of Marlow; a sister, Glenda Emory and husband Caryl of Wichita Falls, Texas; four nephews, Russell Lawrenz, Brian Scott McGuire, Colby McGuire and Brian Matthew McGuire; three nieces, Christie Lawrenz, Nicole McGuire and Samantha Dawn McGuire.
He was preceded in death by his father, Glendon McGuire; grandparents, Ode and Daisy McGuire; and grandmother, Viola Coapland.

C. L. McIlvain Jr. 

Mac was born on Friday, May 15, 1925, in Marlow to C. L. and Eulah (Martin) McIlvain. He received his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and his master’s from Kansas State University. Mac married the former Evelyn M. Dowling on March 22, 1951, in Ardmore. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He lived in Oklahoma until moving to Hoxie, Kan., in 1958. He lived in Hoxie for 15 years, then moved to Pittsburg, Kan., for 21 years. Mac had resided in Willis for the last 11 years before his death. He enjoyed playing golf in his spare time. Mac was a member of the Rotary Club, the FFA, the OSU Alumni Association, the Kansas State Teachers, and the Willis Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; and two sisters, Alta Gilley and Beatrice Mondart.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Ken Çrow of Houston; five grandchildren, Cory Wayne Crow, Trista Ann Shroff, Casey Alan Crow and Tana Lynn Crow, all of Houston, and Kathy Conrad of Joplin, Mo.; two great-grandchildren, Andrew and Lucas Shroff; and a brother and sister-in-law, T. J. and Maxine McIlvain of Topeka, Kan.

Grandchildren served as pallbearers.
 

 

Marilyn Joan "Miller" McKay

Rush Springs - MARILYN JOAN McKAY, 68, of Rush Springs, passed away Friday, March 21, 2008, in Oklahoma City.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Vimy Ridge Baptist Church in Rush Springs, with the Rev. David Hale officiating. Burial will be in Rush Springs Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home.
Marilyn was born Friday, Aug. 11, 1939, in Rush Springs, to the late Sam Reeves and Tryonna Merritt Miller. Marilyn married Don McKay on June 7, 1958, in Rush Springs. Marilyn was a member of the Lion's Club, where she was in charge of the Watermelon Queen candidates for many years. She was also involved in the Black Diamond Club, the Red Hat Club, Relay for Life, and All Sports.
Marilyn was known as the "Queen of Quiz" and loved to play all kinds of board and card games. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Vimy Ridge Baptist Church and lived most of her life in Rush Springs.
Survivors include her husband, Don McKay of the home in Rush Springs; six sons, Don McKay Jr. and wife Shawn of Willis, Texas, Steven McKay and wife Lanetta of Weatherford, Texas, David McKay and wife Krista of Rush Springs, Phillip McKay and wife Cami of Harmony, Fla., Patrick McKay and wife Melissa of Oklahoma City, and Paul McKay and wife Holley of Mayesville; a daughter, Melanie Chamberlain and husband Charles of Marlow; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her mother, Tryonna Miller of Rush Springs; a brother, Steve Miller and wife Kari of Chickasha; and a sister, Debbie Miller of Duncan.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Pallbearers will be Kyle McKay, Jasen McKay, Shawn McKay, Zak McKay, Blake Chamberlain and Cody McKay.
 

 

Goldie Addabel "Bratcher" Meadows 

Goldie Addabell Bratcher Meadows, 87, of Rush Springs, died Sunday, Oct. 17, 2004, in Rush Springs. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in First Assembly of God Church of Rush Springs with Quinton Newton, Randall Harris and Max Dowling officiating. Burial will be in Rush Springs Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home of Marlow.

 

 

Craig Stewart Meyer 

Funeral services for Craig Stewart Meyer, 26, of Chickasha, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 10, 2007, at the First Baptist Church in Chickasha. Craig was born May 12, 1980, in Chickasha, to Stewart and Beth Ann Meyer. Craig married Deserae L. Wenzel on June 28, 2003, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Craig graduated from Chickasha High School in 1998. He graduated from OSU in December 2002, with a degree in Aviation. He previously worked as a flight instructor at OSU. He worked as a flight instructor for Monarch Air and was presently employed with Barr Air Patrol. Survived by his wife, Deserae and daughter Isabella of the home; parents, Stewart and Beth Ann Meyer of Chickasha; sister and brother-inlaw, Christy and Brandon Schroeder; one niece, Abby; two nephews, Alex and Zak; grandparents, Leonard and Edna Abrahams and Bill and Joyce Meyer; uncle, Belford Abrahams; aunt and uncle, Lynette and Mike Davis. In lieu of flowers, a college fund is being set up for his daughter, Isabella, at the Chickasha Bank & Trust Co., PO Box 1307, Chickasha, Oklahoma 73023. Interment will be in the Rush Springs Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.

Marthann "Phillips" Mileur 

Marthann ‘Sally' Mileur, 79, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2005, in
Marlow.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 9, at the All Saints Episcopal Church, with Father Carline and Decon Gary Templeton officiating. Burial was held in the Westview Cemetery in Rush Springs under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home of Rush Springs.

Born Dec. 31, 1925, to Charles and Emelie (Morris) Phillips, in Hammonton, NJ, she liked to play bridge and was an avid reader and sports fan.

On Nov. 29, 1952, she married Donald Mileur, in Hammonton, NJ.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister; and two brothers.

Survivors in addition to her husband, Donald, of the home include; a son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Patrizia Mileur of Troutdale, Ore.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Martha and Chuck Corcoran, and Ann and Stephen Boeckman all of Silver Springs, MD; and four grandchildren.

 

 

Liddie Mobley

MRS. LIDDIE MOBLEY, 76, died Sunday in the home of Mrs. J.J. Gaut, where she had been taken for medical attention. Funeral service was held that afternoon in the Church of Christ, Rev. C. W. Spencer, Christian minister, conducting the service. The pall bearers were Louis Leverett, Hugh Hale, C. W. Wood, L. W. Steger, A. D. Smith, and J.W. Johnson. Interment was made in the Rush Springs cemetery
with Simons funeral home in charge.
Mrs. Mobley was born in 1857 in Arkansas. She was united in marriage in 1870 with William Mobley, and to this union 11 children were born, two of whom preceded her in death. She united with the Methodist church at an early age.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Beulah Conn of Lindsay; eight sons, Clem of Lubbock, Texas, Ben of Bowie, Texas, Bird of Phoenix, Arizona, Jim of Cheyenne, Willie, Len, Dee and Bill of Rush Springs; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

 

 

Lourena Laura Moore 

LOURENA LAURA MOORE, 95, of Rush Springs, passed away Friday, May 25, 2007 in Chickasha.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, at the Southern Baptist Church in Rush Springs, with Rev. Elmer Whitehead officiating. Burial will be in the Rush Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs.
Lourena was born July 22, 1911, in Davis, Oklahoma, to Francis M. and Emma Montgomery Sewell. She graduated from East Central State College in Ada in 1949. She taught school in Texas and Oklahoma. She married Orvill L. Moore in 1947 in Sherman, Texas. He preceded her in death on Jan. 10, 1989. They lived in Wichita Falls, Texas, before moving to Rush Springs in 1967. Lourena enjoyed reading the bible, watching TV, calling on people who are sick, and writing poems. Laurena enjoyed attending church, and was a member of the Southern Baptist Church in Rush Springs.
Her survivors include several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; two sisters; three brothers; six nephews; and three nieces. Pallbearers will be Richy Large, Jimmy Williams, Tony Day, Robert Newman, Cliff Creech and Bud Craddock.

JAMES L. "JIM" MORETZ, 67, of Indiahoma, will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Northwest Church of Christ, Lawton, with Monte Ginnings and Jim Scheerer officiating. Mr. Moretz died Sunday, Nov. 27, 2005, in Lawton. Burial will be in Rush Springs Cemetery under direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home, Marlow.
He was born July 18, 1938, in Liverpool, Pa., to Kermit and Dorothy Isenberg Dressler. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany and Vietnam. After his military retirement, he was a carrier for the U.S. Postal service for 20 years.
He married Neva Faye Foster Moretz on Aug. 11, 1991, in Lawton. He was a member of the Northwest Church of Christ in Lawton and worked in the Benevolence Center.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; four sons and two daughters-in-law: Jerry Hair, Oklahoma City, Mike and Andrea Moretz and James Moretz, all of Lawton, and Gerhard "Gary" and Dawn Moretz, Elizabethtown, Ky.; three daughters: Letitia "Tish" Wehba, Edmond, and Sheryl Fabbri and Debra Palmer, both of Lawton; 14 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; his mother, of Jonestown, Pa.; a brother and sister-in-law, Ben and Pam Dressler, Lewisberry, Pa.; a sister and brother-in-law, Jackie and Harry Brown, Jonestown; and several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
He was preceded in death by a son, Donald Moretz, and his father.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Hattie Morris Were Held Monday
Funeral services for Mrs. Hattie Morris, 85, were held at 2:30 pm Monday from the Southern Baptist Church in Rush Springs. Officiating were Rev. Hollis Morris, pastor of the New Hope Baptist Church, Enid. He was assisted by Rev. Joe Mosley, pstor of the Southern Baptist Church.
Mrs. Morris died at 10 pm Friday at the Grady Memorial Hospital in Chickasha. She was born September 19, 1881, in Texas. Her childhood years were spent in many parts of Oklahoma and Indian Territory. She was married to John Wesley Morris on November 24, 1895.
Burial in the Rush Springs cemetery was under the direction of Callaway-Smith Funeral Home.
Five delegates and alternates her grandsons - Glen Grisson, Joe Grissom, Terrell Dorman, Paul Ray Morris, Jay Bond, and Earl Morris.
Survivors include three sons, Guy Morris of Duncan, Carl Morris of Rush Springs, and Mount Morris of Portland, Oregon; two daughters, Mrs. Harel Grissom of Ninnekah and Mrs. Blanche Bond of Oklahoma City; two brothers, Ed and Andy Tackett of Albuquerque, New Mexico; two sisters, Mrs. Florence Hatchett of San Pedro, California and Mrs. Ora Miller of Bell Flower, California; 33 grandchildren; 68 great grandchildren; and 9 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three daughters and two sons. Her husband died in 1944. 

 

 

Jean Jones Morris


Marlow: Jean Jones Morris, 95, Marlow, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2007 in Marlow.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 21, 2007, at the Rush Springs Cemetery with Clif Werhan officiating. Services are under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs.

Jean was born Wednesday, April 10, 1912 in Rush Springs, Oklahoma, to Joe J. and Ethel (Shockley) Jones. She attended school at Rush Springs. She lived in the Rush Springs area all of her life. She married Warren O. Morris on Oct. 4, 1928 in Marlow. He preceded her in death on July 26, 1983. Jean was the last of eight children. She loved to go fishing and work in the garden. She enjoyed watching football. Jean was a member of the Rush Springs Church of Christ.

Survivors include, Host of Nieces & Nephews & Great Nieces & Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; 3 brothers, Paul Jones, Glen Jones, Jack Jones; 4 sisters, Corine Tunnell, Lois Robert, Carmen Parker and Luzzelle McClure.
 

 

John Wesley Morris

J.W. Morris, 77, Funeral Held Here Wednesday

Funeral services for J.W. Morris, 77, was held Wednesday, from the Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. C. W. Spencer doing the preaching.

Interment was made in the local cemetery with Callaway and Mullican directing.

Mr. Morris, who had lived in and around Rush Springs for many years, died in Chickasha, where he was taken few days ago in order to be nearer his doctor. He had been seriously ill for the past few weeks.

Pall bearers at the funeral were Henry Sweaney, Tom and Bill Yeager, Claude Underwood, Haskel Bruner and Ralph Pruitt.

John Wesley Morris was born in Springfield, Illinois, on the 22nd of December, 1866. He was 77 years, 8 months and 17 days of age.

He is survived by his wife, Hattie Morris, four sons and three daughters; Guy Morris, Permona, Calif.; Paul Morris, Endee, New Mexico; Effie Morre, Portland, Oregon; Blanche Bond, Rush Springs; Mont Morris, Portland, Oregon; Carl Morris, Rush Springs; Hazel Grissom, Cement; 27 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; five sisters, Mrs. Abbie Guthrie, Dinuba, Calif.; Mrs. Virginia Madison, Fredrick; Mrs. Chess Smith, Mangum; Mrs. G.E. Key, Chickasha; and Mrs. Minnie Reeves of Chickasha.

Mr. Morris was a member of the Missionary Baptist, joining in 1922, and remained faithful until his death. 
 

 

Mabel Dolores Moss

Altus - Funeral for MABEL DOLORES MOSS, 96, Altus, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Kincannon Funeral Home with Gary Beach officiating.
Mrs. Moss died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2004, at a Lawton hospital.
Burial will be at 2 p.m. at Rush Springs Cemetery.
She was born March 16, 1907, in Montague, Texas, to Henry W. and Segie Horton Rowe. She attended school in Acme near Rush Springs. She married Early Garlin Moss on June 29, 1924, in Rush Springs. She lived in Chickasha, where she was employed at Borden General Hospital. In 1967, she moved to Midwest City, where she was employed at TG&Y, and then John A. Brown, in Oklahoma City. In 1977, she moved to Altus, where she was employed by TG&Y as a cashier until the store closed in 1985. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters: Jimmie Odom and her husband Bob, Sherwood, Ark., Helen Schmidt, Lawton, and Shirley Brannan and her husband Herb, Altus; a son, Albert Moss and his wife Doris, Fort Worth; nine grandchildren and their spouses: Mike and Lisa Bennett, Altus, Melvin and Belinda Bennett, Norman, Rory and Rita Odom, Sherwood, Susan Bridges, North Little Rock, Ark., Randy and Debbie Moss, Dallas, Texas, and Sherrell McCutchen, Cindy Staton and Pam Bourdeaux, all of Lawton; and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Thelma Graves; a brother, H.W. Rowe Jr.; a daughter, Sybil; and a grandson, Gary Moss.

Raymond Murray

Raymond Murray, 88 died Monday June 23, 1997 at his home in Rush Springs.

Funeral Services were held at 2 p.m. wed, June 25, in the Church of Christ in Rush Springs with Clif Werhan officiating. Burial was in Rush Springs Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb funeral Home.

Mr. Murray was born August 2, 1908 in Cement, the son of George Frank and Maggie Haun Murray.

He was married to Lela M. "Lady" Parrish in Chickasha on May 30, 1931.

He had lived in Rush Springs since 1928. He attended Garvin Springs and Hughes schools. He was employed at First National Bank in Rush Springs for over 40 years. He was a member of the Rush Springs Lions Club for over 50 years and severed as song leader for many years. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Rush Springs where he served as song leader and Elder. He wrote many songs and poems. Mr. Murray was named "Outstanding citizen" in Rush Springs in 1963 was Chisholm Trail Honoree in 1984 and a Lions Club member he worked at the annual Watermelon Festival and master of ceremonies for the queen and tiny tots contest for many years. He was also an avid fisherman.

Pallbearers were Ronald Parish, Barry Foster, Eugene Avants, Gary Bray, Larence Robinson and Murray Birdwell.

John Marvin Jacobs 

Funeral service for John 'Jake' Marvin Ayers Jacobs, 89, of Chickasha will be held at 10:30 am, Tuesday, July 1, 2008, in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. John ‘Jake" Marvin Ayers Jacobs was born April 22, 1919 in Miles City, Montana, the son of Maxwell and Elizabeth (Votaw) Jacobs and died June 27, 2008 in Chickasha.

Mr. Jacobs was raised in Spokane, Washington. He attended North Central High in Spokane. He and Vera Andrews were married December 1,1946 in Coeur D'alene, Idaho. They were married for 62 years. They came to Chickasha 40 years ago. He was a salesman for Chickasha Mobile Homes, and he and his wife owned and operated the Mushroom Shoppe. Mr. Jacobswas active in sports as a player and coach for many years. He was a avid golfer. Mr. Jacobs served in the US Army during World War serving in North Africa, Sicily, Italy, New Guinea, and the Phillipines. He attended the Epworth United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Marjorie and Dorothy and one brother, William. Survivors include: his wife, Vera Jacobs of the home; two children: Gary Arthur Jacobs of Woolwich, Maine; and Merrill Reed Jacobs Sacramento, California; grandchildren: Ayren, Lindsay, Casey, Annie, and Ben; one great grandchild: Lucas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.  

 

 

Tinie Virginia Nickolau 

Graveside service for Tinie Virginia Nickolau, 73, of Marlow, Oklahoma will be held at 11 am, Thursday, March 12, 2009 at the Rush Springs Cemetery.

TINIE VIRGINIA NICKOLAU was born April 5, 1935 in Ninnekah, Oklahoma and died March 9, 2009 in Chickasha.

Interment will be in the Rush Springs Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Inez Nix 

Born to Aubrey and Earnie (Baker) Williamson, in Rocky Point Community, she was involved in the Rush Springs Round Up Club, the Slaton Home Extension Club, and enjoyed oil and china painting.
On Feb. 19, 1944, she married Howard Nix, in Chickasha, he preceded her in death on Aug. 19, 1982.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, Keith Nix; and a great-nephew, Derek Long.
Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Corky and Jo Williamson of Lindsay; two nieces, Carla Lines of Houston, Texas, and Cheryl Ferguson of Kilgore, Texas; a nephew, Joel Williamson of Purcell and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Roy Allen Dorman, Don Worden, Woodrow Sweat, Don Hayes, Junior Hale, and Jack Stringfellow.
Funeral services were held April 22, at Vimey Ridge Baptist Church, with David Hale officiating.

 

 

Anna Lucille Norton 

ANNA LUCILLE NORTON, 83, of Rush Springs, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2006 in Marlow.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 21, 2006, at the Vimy Ridge Baptist Church in Rush Springs, with David Hale officiating. Burial will be in the Rush Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs, Oklahoma.
Lucille was born Monday, May 28, 1923 in Boswell, Oklahoma, to the late J.W. and the late Ora (Trusty)Pelley. She was raised in Rush Springs. She married Harold Norton on November 7, 1938 in Lubbock, Texas, and they moved to California. Harold and Lucille returned to Rush Springs, where they raised their family and took up farming and ranching. Harold passed away Oct. 1, 1996. Lucille enjoyed traveling and crocheting. She was a member of the Southern Baptist Church in Rush Springs.
Survivors include a son, Jim Harold Norton and wife Liz of Rush Springs; a daughter, Barbara Gail Smelley of Rush Springs; five grandchildren, Jackie and Jimmy McAdoo of Rush Springs, Cody and Scotty Brewer of Marlow, Jay and Mary Smelley of Fresno, Calif., Deke and Donna Norton of Duncan, Paul and Kenna Roberts of Marlow; a brother, John Pelley of Marlow; a sister, Ruby Loyd of Rush Springs; an uncle, Jim Bob Trusty of Marlow; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; two brothers, Robert Pelley and Ray Pelley; and a son-in-law, Pete Smelley.

Nevada Lucille Ogle 

ELGIN—Funeral for Nevada Lucille Ogle, 84, Elgin, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Elgin First Baptist Church with the Rev. Don Bergeron, Oklahoma City, officiating. Mrs. Ogle died Monday, May 12, 2003, at an Oklahoma City hospital. Burial will be at Rush Springs Cemetery under direction of Hodge Funeral Home, Fletcher. She was born Sept. 2, 1918, in Agwam. She grew up in Grady County. She married Edward Ogle on Sept. 21, 1935, in Chickasha. He died in July 1992. They moved to the Elgin area in 1948. She was a member of Elgin First Baptist Church since 1960. She was involved with the G.A.s and the Girl Scouts. Survivors include a son, Dairl Ogle, Oklahoma City; two daughters and sons-in-law: Deanna and Duane Hunt, Oklahoma City; and Jenice and Stanley Landers, Lawton; three sisters-in-law: Hortense Payne, Elgin; Ruth Ogle, Chickasha; and Laveta Ogle, Oklahoma City; seven grandchildren: Ricky Bishop, Sherri Clowe, Scott Hunt, Rob Hunt, Malynda Ridge, Stacey White and Stanley Landers Jr.; seven great-grandchildren: Jason Bishop, Sam Hunt, Will Clowe, Madison White, Ben Hunt, Rachel Hunt and Andrew Clowe. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse I. Payne and Hattie Mae Brown Payne; a daughter, Toylene Ogle Smith; three sisters: Sethlee Helms, Earlene Harrison and Lorene Tate; and four brothers: Roy Fitzgerald, Aubrey Payne, Jesse Payne and Clarence Payne.
