Oklahoma Events


Special annual events held in Hobart, the county seat, include the Kiowa County Junior Livestock Show, the Arts-Crafts Festival, the Hobart Birthday Celebration, the Kiowa County Free Fair and several Shortgrass Theater productions

The Kiowa County Jr. Livestock Show will be March 1 - 3, 2009, at the Kiowa County Fairgrounds on north Lincoln.  Entries will be taken on Sunday, March 1, judging of livestock will be Monday, March 2, and the Livestock judging contest and bonus sale will be Tuesday, March 3.
