Kings Valley, Benton County, Oregon

 

  Kings Valley through which a new railroad may pass at no distant day is situated in Benton county about eighteen miles northwest of Corvallis. There is one flouring mill, one store, one blacksmith shop, one photograph gallery, one church, three school houses, and one saw and planing mill in the valley.

Kings Valley-Altitude 325 feet. Population 120. 10 miles north of Wren, nearest railroad point. Farming, dairying, lumbering, fruit growing, stock raising and hop growing. Surrounded by rich agricultural section. High and graded public school. United Evangelical Church. I.O.O.F. and Rebekah Lodges. Two saw mills and flour mill.
