GRIFFIN-TRUE -- At the Enterprise school house, Sunday, Aug. 25th,
Mr. Henry L. Griffin, formerly of Josephine county, and Miss Belle,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. True, were united in marriage by Rev.
M. A. Williams, of Medford. Mr. Griffin has taken charge of the farm
of the bride's father, and Mr. and Mrs. True will start soon on a
trip to the Eastern states to be gone a year or more.

Formerly
of Tonopah, Marries in Oregon Tonopah, April
14-Perry L. Wait, formerly of Tonopah and Bellehelen, was married
recently at Gold Hill, Ore., according to a letter received by one
of his friends here. The bride was Miss Dora Newton and the marriage
was celebrated at the bride's sister's home in Ashland, Ore. The
bridegroom is now a prosperous farmer near Gold Hill where he will
