This new $3,000,000 building is 395 feet long, 162 feet wide and 168 feet high.  Erected on same grounds as old State Capitol and faces Capitol Boulevard North

STATE CAPITOL, SALEM

Oregon’s State Capitol at Salem, embodying neo-Greek classic lines, is one of the nation’s newest state capitol structures.  The surrounding grounds contain an arboretum of labeled trees, several acres of lawn and many beautiful flowers.  Guided tours through the capitol are available.
