My name is Shauna Williams and I am the host of the Oregon Trails. Oregon Trails is a branch of the Genealogy Trails project that started with Illinois 6 years ago. Recently they decided to branch out to the rest of the country so that they could offer more information online for free.

Morrow County, created from Umatilla County in 1885, is located east of the Cascades in north-central Oregon. It was named for J.L. Morrow, an early resident.
