Last Will and Testament Feb. 1, 1892 Filed: Jan. 7, 1895 In the name of God, Amen. Know, all Men, That I, Fredric H. Ramsey of Multnomah County in the State of Oregon, of the age of sixty seven years, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under duress, menace, fraud, or undue influence of any person whomsoever, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, to-wit: First. It is my will, and I do order, that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be done after my decease. Second. I give and bequeath unto my Ramsey son of my beloved brother John Ramsey two thousand dollars in cash. Third. I give and bequeath unto my nephew George Ramsey second son of my brother John Ramsey Three thousand dollars in cash. Fourth. I give and bequeath unto my beloved brother John Ramsey two Lots that I own in the city of Centralia State of Washington. Fifth. I give and bequeath unto Conrad Rindlaub(?) two thousand dollars in cash. Sixth. I give and bequeath unto Irijah Byars two thousand dollars in cash. Seventh. I give and bequeath unto the Sisters of Charity of Providence St. Vincents Hospital two thousand dollars in cash. Eighth. I give and bequeath unto Albert W. Lambert Ten acres of land described as follows. Commencing at the North East corners of the John Wand D.L.C.(?) running thence East 9.11 chains thence north 16.64 chains thence west 2.87 chains thence southerly along the East line of the Caples D.L.C. to the place of beginning. Situate in Section 7 Township 1 N R.I.E. Multnomah County State of Oregon but in case I should sell the above described land before my death to said Albert W. Lambert Five Thousand dollars in cash to he held forever . The legacy above bequeathed and devised is intended to be compensation in full for the services to be rendered y him as executor of my last will and testament. Ninth. I give devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my property real personal and mixed of which I may die seized of unto the said A.W. Lambert in trust nevertheless to sell and dispose of the same and to covert it into cash and divide the proceeds equally among the heirs at law. It is my will and I hereby direct that the said A.W. Lambert shall sell said property as above provided at public or private sale and upon such terms as he shall deem to the best interest of my estate. And Lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint Albert W. Lambert of Portland Multnomah County Oregon to be executor of this, my Last Will, hereby revoking all Wills, Legacies and Bequests by me heretofore made, and declaring this, and no other, to be my Last Will and Testament. I hereby direct that no bonds shall be required of the executor the said Albert W. Lambert. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, this first day of February in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety two. F.H.
