"Decorating the Graves of the Oregon Volunteers in Battery Knoll Cemetery, Decoration Day, 1899, Manila, P.I."

The photo is the same shot posted together, which is why there is a split in the middle. Someone at some point colored it which makes  more difficult to make out.

The two graves listed, or at least my best guess, are:

Clyde Perkins,  a student who was born in Oregon. He mustered in Portland. He was in 2nd Regiment Company K Died age 19, Nov. 22, 1898 of smallpox

Otis W. Drew, born in Wisconsin who was a Lather and mustered in Portland. He was in 2nd Regiment Company B. Died age 18, Nov. 29, 1898 of smallpox

In doing research on these two men I have come across records saying both are buried in San Francisco. I will update when I have more information.
