Darlington Township is a township in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, United States.

Darlington and South Beaver townships are connected by the Watts Mill Bridge, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The population was 1,974 at the 2000 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 22.1 square miles, of which, 22.0 square miles of it is land and 0.1 square miles of it (0.32%) is water.
