Glasgow is a borough in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, U.S., along the Ohio River.
The population was 63 at the 2000 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.1 square miles, of which, 0.1 square miles of it is land and 0.1 square miles of it (38.46%) is water.
The town is referred to as Smith's Ferry by locals because a ferry use to connect the town with Georgetown on the other side of the Ohio River.
