South Beaver Township is a township in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, United States.

The population was 2,974 at the 2000 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total
area of 30.1 square miles, of which, 30.0 square miles of it is land and 0.1 square miles of it (0.33%) is water.

Darlington and South Beaver townships are connected by the Watts Mill Bridge, which is listed on the
National Register of Historic Places as the "Bridge in South Beaver Township."
