Clymer, William H. READING, Pa., June 5 - William H. Clymer, aged 54, a wealthy retired iron manufacturer, who with his brothers controlled the Oley and Mt. Laurel furnaces, Berks county, for many years, was found dead in bed at his apartments here today. Corbett, George H. George H. Corbett, 607 South 5th Street, died about 5 o'clock yesterday of a complication of diseases, aged 63 years. Deceased was ill for the last four years, but was only stricken seriously while at work at Eckert's furnace about five weeks ago. The peculiarity about his illness was that the day he left his work the Philip Kinsman worked in his place, and was also stricken the same day, from the effects of which he died. Deceased was born in Wilmington, Del., and resided in this city for the past 45 years. He served in Co. B, 4th Penn. Reserves during the late war. He is survived by a wife Sarah, and these children. Milton, John B., Edward, Charles, all of this city. He was a member of the St. John Lodge, F. of A. M., Post 16, G. A. R., U. V. L., Neversink Fire Company. 16 Feb 1898 Reading Herald [?]
