George, son of Washington and Sallie Armpriester, both deceased, 39 North 7th, and Annie, daughter of Mrs. Hannah Bechtold, of this city, were married at 8 p. m. Tuesday, by Rev. Dr. Mosser, at his parsonage. The bride was attired in a pale blue lansdowne silk, dress, trimmed with lace and ribbons and carried a bouquet of bridal roses. After the ceremony the couple were driven to the home of the groom, where a reception was tendered to the immediate families and a few of the invited friends. The members of the Juniata Haymakers. No. 74 1/2, of which the groom is a member, tendered him a serenade at 10 p. m. A fine wedding dinner was served. Music was furnished by an orchestra. The couple received many presents, among which were: Dinner set, from friends; toilet set, Miss Mary Kerns; glass tea set, Miss Lulu Scott; fancy spread, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Ziegler; silver sugar bowl and knives, forks and spoons, Mrs. Fisher. Phila.; table cloth and towels, Wm. Hungerford; fancy linen, J. K. Bailey, Parksburg; table cover, friend, and others. Clark, Lillie A. Wedding Reception: A reception followed the wedding of Harry D., son of Albert and Mary Straub, 137 South 11th, who was married at 4 p. m. Thursday, by Rev. F. K. Huntzinger, to Lillie A., daughter of Edward and Catharine Clark, 411 South 2d, at the home of the groom's parents. About 100 guests were present, including a number of relatives. Music was furnished by a mandolin and guitar orchestra. Music and dancing were enjoyed until a late hour, when a wedding supper, consisting of all the delicacies of the season, was served. The couple were the recipients of a number of presents, including silverware, chinaware, linens, household goods, and bric-a-brac. They will reside with the parents of the groom until spring, when they will go to housekeeping. The Misses Ida and Lena Swirsky, sisters of the hrlde, were the bridesmaids, and Max Levine and Morris Fidlcr, were the groomsmen. The bride and her attendants were attired in white and carried large bouquets of bridal roses. Immediately after the ceremony a banquet was served. Two large tables extended the entire length of the room and were laden with edibles. An orchestra furnished music for dancing. Admission to the hall was by ticket only. The couple received many presents. They will go to housekeeping at once in their own newly-furnished home at 243 Poplar.
