DIED - Mrs. Jane Armitage, died recently in Alexandria, Huntingdon county, in the 95th year of her age. She leaves numerous descendants.

John M'Ginley

We have been informed that a person named John M'Ginley, engaged in digging ore for Messrs. Stewart & Lyon, at Pennsylvania Furnace, was unfortunately killed by the sudden caving in of the ore bank. He was removed from the ore bank before life was extinct, but survived only for a few hours. - Huntingdon Adv.

Hon. Geo. Taylor, President Judge of the 24th Judicial District, died at his residence in Huntingdon on the 14th inst., of paralysis. He was an eminent jurist.
