Wilmington is a borough in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, United States, first platted in 1824 and established as a borough on April 9, 1873. It is home to Westminster College, and serves the Old Order Amish community in the surrounding Wilmington Township.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 1.1 square miles, of which, 1.1 square miles of it is land and 0.04 square miles of it (1.85%) is water.
