Hiram Long, A.M., M.D., Sunbury. - Born in Northampton county, April, 1831; in college through Freshman and Sophomore years; studied medicine in New York City, '56-9; Surgeon in 205th Pa., and Assistant Surgeon 173d Pa., Infantry; received A.M. from Lafayette in '64; practiced at Mr. Bethel, Hartleton, and since '72 at Sunbury. |
