| Samuels, Mrs. Catharine | Catherine, widow of William Samuels, died yesterday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. David Derhammer, Moore township, from complications, aged 75 years, 6 months and 28 days. Mrs. samuels was a native of Moore township and her maiden name was Derhammer. She is survived by the following children, Charles H., Mrs. William Longenbach and Mrs. David Derhammer, Danielsville; Frank, Allentown and Mrs. Charles F. Fluck, Mrs. John Schoenberger and Mrs. Milton Edelman, Nazareth. One brother, Stephen Derhammer, Kalamazoo, Michigan, and thirty-four grandchildren, also survive. The funeral will be held Monday at 2 p.m., from the Derhammer home in Moore Township. short services will be held at the house, followed by regular services in Christ church, Moore township. | Samuels, Mrs. Charles | Mrs. Emma Samuels, wife of Charles Samuels, died at her home, Danielsville R. 1, aged 52 years. Mrs. Samuels was a daughter of Mrs.Eliza Shive, and the late Robert Seip and was born and reared in the neighborhood in which she died. She was a member of Christ Lutheran church, Moore township. Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by a grandson Harvey Samuels, and a brother, Henry Seip, all of Danielsville R,. 1. The funeral will be held Monday afternoon with brief services at her late home at 1:30 o'clock, followed by further services in Christ church, Moore township, Rev. F. E. Shupp officiating. | Samuels, Mrs. Herman | Stricken six months ago with apoplexy, Mrs. Herman Samuels died at her home in Moore Township, aged 54 years. A Year ago Mrs. Samuels suffered a fracture of the left leg, and just about the time she was able to be about she suffered the first stroke. Mrs. Samuels was born a Lobb. She was born and reared near Klecknersville. She is survived by her husband and one sister. The funeral will be held from her late residence on Tuesday at 9:30 o'clock. | Schoenberger, Harrison Jr. | Harrison Schoenberger, Jr., aged 8 months and three days, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Schoenberger, of 52 South street, Nazareth, died Tuesday evening in Haff Hospital, Northampton, from acute beuritis. Besides his parents he is survived by two sisters, Verna and Glendora Schoenberger, at home. Funeral sevices will be conducted at the home Saturday afternoon at 1:30, advanced time, by Rev. W. H. | Shive, Harry | Harry Shive, aged 38 years, of Bangor, died in the Easton Hospital yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock of blood poisoning. He was admitted during the morning. About two weeks ago Mr. Shive ran a nail in his left thumb, and blood poison set in. His condition became so serious that it was found necessary to bring him to the hospital. Mr. Shive has been employed at the plant of the S. Flory Manufacturing Company for the past ten years. He is survived by his widow; three children, Earl, Helen and Mildred; his mother, Mrs. Emma Shive, of Nazareth; two brothers, Samuel and Richard Shive, of Nazareth, and one sister, Mrs. Oliver Miller, of Lehighton.
