Side one of first paper:

I, Robert Clymer of Philadelphia, being advanced in years but of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and Testament.

I give and bequeath all my personal estate and effect which I may die posessed? of or be entitled or have rights to, to Clement Biddle and Thomas Biddle CR CR son Jacob Clymer in trust to be placed at Interest or is any kind? of Turnpike Stock which they may from time to time think? proper by sale or otherwise to attus? and change? the? income?, in trust to apply the Interest or Dividends or even the CR>pessepal? if they think CR CR>nerepacy? for the support and maintaintence of my Daughter Barbara Clymer & her children and in case of their Death or if any thing? CR be left after their support to my children Robert (could possibly be crossed out or an ink smudge), Christopher, Charles, Jacob, George & Archibald Clymer those? another? are alike--and I appoint CR Clement Biddle, Thomas Biddle and Jacob Clymer Executors of this my said will.--Robert Climar (name is in different handwriting, very shaky.)

Philadelpha Januy 13, 1817. Then personally appeared James C. Biddle and on him solemn oath according to Law did dispose & say that he did see & hear Robert Clymer the Testator in the adjoining Will CR sign seal publish & disclose the same as CR for his last Will & Testament and that at the doing thereof he was of sound mind memory and understanding to the best of his knowledge & belief,
CR, Sam Bryan Register.

Side two of first paper:

Jacob Climer on of the Executors affirmed the 2nd Day of Dec'r 1817--Letters testamentary granted unto him (red seal) Philadelphia December 2nd 1817. Then personally appeared John G. Biddle of the City of Philadlephia, Broker and on his solemn oath according to Law did depose & say that he is well acquainted with John B. Orso one of the subscribing witnesses to the within Will & is well acquainted with his hand writing having frequently seen him write his name as well as other matters, that he has viewed the signature "John B. Orso" subscribed to the said Will and that the same of the proper hand writing of the said John B. Orso to the best of his knowledge belief.
Sworn & subscribed the CR CR before, Sam Bryan, Reg.

(The paper is very deteriorated and actually split in pieces. Where there were folds, pieces are missing. The ink is clear, but the handwriting is not.)

The account of Jacob Clymer one of the executors of the last will testament of Robert Clymer late of the City of Philadelphia, dec'd

Appears to Be Do but o is on top of the line, not on bottom. This accountant chargeth himself. CR>Porcentra his prop? allowance

Then it becomes ledger paper:

1816 To personal estate rec'd one clock $8., furniture $2. Total $10.

1819 To this sum rec'd being a febt due to the estators from James Serls? $167.
This accountant does rect?(recollect?) precisely recalled when the money was received but he believes it was not earlierthan June 1819.
Bal.due the executor $7.03
Total $184.03

Registor;s office December 1836.
The executor being duly sworn does depose declare and say that the foregoing account both as the the charge as well as the discharge thereof is just and true to the best of his knowledge and belief.
